Tablebay Mr Price bad attitude

My husband bought 2 pairs of Jeans at the Mr Price Table Bay store on Friday 14/06/2019 which were the wrong size. I took the jeans back for exchange on Saturday 15/06/2019. I was assisted by a young gentlemen who needed authorisation from another cashier named Jade. Who was so rude it was completely unacceptable. The issue was whether my husband bought the clothing with either credit or debit card. I phoned my husband to confirm which card it was bought with a debit card, which i communicated to them. The new pairs of Jeans that i took cam to R50 less than the original purchase. Jade then turned to me with the worst attitude that i have ever experienced telling me and a quote "Next time we will not be doing this, the card must be present in the store"when i asked excuse me he snapped "refunds are only paid to the person who purchased it"I was livid. She then instructed the cashier to hand the incorrect clothing and let me go!. Never was i so humiliated in my life over a mere R50?
