Systems down??

<p>I ordered online and my order was delivered at Kwa-Ngwanase Mr Price. But when I went there to collect my order they said the systemsbwere down and I had to leave my order AFTER I had even touched it and gave them my reference number. Whatever happened to the manual way of doing things. So does this mean Mr price doesn't offer alternative ways of purchase besides digitally?? That was very inconvenient considering I live very far from town and I traveled specifically for my order. </p>
