Swearing staff, Useless Call center, Offline Systems

Approved my account yesterday, today I went to the store, they we're offline. I was told to wait so that they can see if the system will get back online, 30 minutes later, they told me they can't help me today. I phoned customer care to resolve this issue, the woman was thinking everything is a joke, even laughed, then she put me through to accounts department (waited 15 min on the line) I told the guy my story and he said that it's not Mr Price' s problem, after I told him it is Mr Price who is at wrong he told me "V**tsek", when I asked for his name he dropped the call. I will not stand for this. This incident was at Mall of the South, about 40 minutes ago. What a useless store manager!

I need an apology from Mr Price and I need it fast. This I will not stand for. Pathetic!
