Such bad customer service

I am disgusted at the service i received. I placed an online order on 1 Jan and todate still havent received it. 2 hrs of being on the phone with call centre agents Sindiso, Shaun, Charne, Karusha ... no-one could assist. I eventually phoned and insisted in speaking to a team leader or manager to escalate the issue, was kept on hold for 25 minutes and still no one can to speak to me... Mr Price ... you need to do better... you are listed and shareholders invested in you on the agreement you would uphold your side and offer great clothing/items and offer great service... send your staff for proper training and if they dont enjoy their jobs, 30% of SA citizens are unemployed and would gladly take their place....
