Such a mission to cancel insurances with Mr Price!

Really pathetic service. It is such a mission to cancel insurances with Mr Price!

First off, when I tried to cancel my Medinet and Funeral insurances I have with Mr Price, it was a whole 30min call. I had to get rude finally in order for the agent to stop talking and trying to convince me to keep these insurances. The agent kept on reading me all the benefits, telling me what a good price these insurances are, asking my why I want to cancel these insurance over and over etc etc. I know they have to try and convince me about their deals, but I kept on saying that I do not want/need it and that I can't afford it at this time.

Now I want to cancel my 360 Account holder insurance, but trying to get through to an agent at the call centre is impossible. I have sent emails twice to the cancel insurance email... nothing comes from that. I have tried calling the call centre over and over, but I get a "The number is busy" message or I am put on hold. The agents are always busy, no matter what time I am calling, so I then get the option to give my cell number in order for me to phone me back. I have not received a call in over a week now. I sent a message to Mr Price's Facebook page telling them my story... They apologised and asked me to send my cell number so that they can call me. I did that. No call. It has been days now.

How am I supposed to cancel my insurances?? Really pathetic service.
