STUPID lady putting down phone while you speak!!!
Call centre phoned and as we were explaining to the lady, she rep**** and said fine and put the phone down.... We explained to them that we were in a smash and grab and that we went in store and could nt make payments, because they needed ID to unblock the blocked account, so that the payment could be made! MR PRICE teach your ****ing staff some MANERS!
