Stupid behaviour

My daughter went to Mr Price clothing in Wonderpark after doing all her shopping at other stores her sister asked her to buy her lip balm at Mr Price as she went around the store she took a packet of wipes and put that on her trolley and she couldn’t find the lip balm she called her sister to find out where are the lip balms placed and she was told she will find them at the counter as she saw the queue was way too long she taught I can’t wait as she tried to leave she had forgotten that she placed wipes on her trolley that where all the drama began where she was harassed by the security officer she was even threatened stating that the will call the police even staff members we so hostile towards her mind you this person had a bank card with R10000 + .My take is the team needs to find real ********s within the store and stop bullying innocent children we once lost the phone inside the store and never made noice about it my daughter is currently so disgusted by behaviour of staff members of this store.
