Struggle to Cancel funeral policy

My husband opened an mrp account and one of the agents phoned us for Funeral cover and could not take no for an answer. I went to Mrp store to cancel the Policy i filled in a form to cancel, the policy was not canceled so we phoned twice to cancel i got 3 messages that the policy is canceled but they still load the policy montly payment on our account. I'm highly disappointed in Mrp my husband want to pay our account in full and cancel it. I would never recommend anyone to open a account with mrp
