Store Reciept Amount does not Match MRP App amount

Pls can someone in accounts or financials contact me regarding a discrepancy with my in store receipts against my MRP App, every month my store reciept shows +-R200 more than the app, and it just does not make sense. I even emailed u guys concerning this and no one got back to me.
