Store Manager's bad attitude and rudeness against customer

I saw on the MrP Online website a red top and some striped jersey’s that I liked. As I knew that online deliveries take during December about four working days, I checked on the MrP App which stores have stock of these items and found that MrP Woodlands have 4x Smalls and 4x Mediums. I called MrP Atterbury Centre on 14 Dec and talked with Rose who apparently is the store manager and requested that she keep 1x Small and 1x Medium red top out together with 1x Small and 1x Medium of the Striped jerseys. My father would come around to buy them the same afternoon. When my father arrived there just before 6pm Rose told him that she found the two striped jerseys but was unsuccessful finding a Small and Medium Red Top. Apparently it is still in boxes in the store and she could only find the Large and X-Large sizes. She will still look for the boxes with the Small and Medium, so if he come back the following day she will have it available. The next morning I called the Atterbury Centre again to find out if they found the required red tops and as they didn’t I talked to Rose again. I asked her what the problem was because she told my father it will be available and now it’s not. She then told me that my father asked if he could come around the next morning and she specifically told my father that he must NOT come back the next morning and that she will notify me when it is there. There are about 400 boxes in the store that have to be checked for these tops. According to my father that was not true, she did confirm that he could come back the following morning and that it will then be there. I told her that I am going to report this problem that the MrP App indicates that there are stock of a certain item in stock at a store but when you call in that store can’t find it as it is always still unpacked in their store. As she kept on chipping in about the 400 boxes they still have to unpack I did raise my voice to try and speak over her chipping in. She then became rude and said I must not shout at her and that she knows about a complaint I logged against the MrP Sport Store many years ago. I then got upset and asked her what that complaint was about and she couldn’t tell me. I then asked her what does that complaint have to do with this complaint and she also couldn’t answer me on that. As by this time I was highly upset I told her that I don’t appreciate her attitude and must not forget I am still the customer who actually bring business to MrP and not the other way around. I told her that I was actually not complaining about her but about the fact that the MrP App shows stock at a branch and that the branch then can’t find the items, but as she has this bad attitude I am now going to report her. Her answer was then that it doesn’t matter, nothing will happen as her boss will understand and that our conversation is in any case being recorded. I then asked her what she means the call is being recorded as it is ******* to record a conversation without notifying the other party in advance that the call is being recorded. She then just rep**** that well the store records the telephone calls. I told her thank God, then they can hear how rude you are. After this conversation I ordered the red tops online. Afterwards Rose called me again and told me that she got the Small and Medium Red tops from the Menlyn store and I can come around to buy it. I then cancelled the online order and got it from her. Point No. 1: How can MrP stores record telephone calls without notifying the customer in advance that it is being recorded as it is ******* to do so. I have no problem if they do it legally like the Customer Care Call Centre where they notify you in advance that the call may be recorded for quality purposes. I actually prefer telephone calls to be recorded for reference purposes, but then it has to be done legally. Point No. 2: How does MrP appoint and train Store Managers with such a bad attitude and being straight forward rude to a customer. Point No. 3: Why does the MrP App shows stock of an item at a branch but then the branch doesn’t have it on the floor, but somewhere hidden in the store and then the store manager through this against the customer’s head of the 400 boxes that have to be unpacked as if it’s the customer’s fault that they are too tired to unpack the stock. If MrP doesn’t want me to buy there anymore they must just say so because if I am being treated like this by their Store Managers I will have to close my account and shop somewhere else.

Reviewer Update
I see Mrp responded to all complaints except my complaint published on 17 Dec 2018 regarding the bad attitude and rudeness of Rose, their Atterbury Branch Manager. So, Rose was actually correct when she told me straight to my face that she doesn't care if I am going to log a review on Hello Peter about her bad attitude and rudeness towards me as well as notifying me afterwards that our telephonic conversation had been recorded *******ly without prior notification because her boss will understand and nothing will come of it. Clearly employees are protected by Top Management, therefore they can treat customers just like they want to because there will be no consequences to their actions. The proof is in the fact that Mpr didn't even bother to reply on my review. Therefore it doesn't leave me any other choice than to close my account as soon as I have settled the outstanding balance, because I am not prepared to be treated like ******* by any person I am actually supporting by giving them business. Mrp must just be careful, because with the substandard quality of their products, they really can't afford to also lose customers due to bad service by their sales staff.
