Store manager failed promise call back

This is the same request no feedback for Mr Price The call call me saying his a store manager for Mr Price promise to call me back Till today no call back

On the 26th of of May 2023 I went to the MR Price to purchase some items when I got to the till to pay and lovely lady told me to take another item because there buy two and get one free I took tracksuit to size being limited

I went home work Monday to Friday I could return the item same day or the next day

Saturday I went to MR price tygervalley and I was told I couldn’t exchange the pant it was a free Item and I further say I didn’t want money I just want to exchange .

I was buying more item and I bought the boot and i told the manager but the deal was not explain to me and also I took track pant which I didn’t need they advise me to sell it somewhere else I left and I knew that was B.S

Today the 4th of June 2023 I went to Brackenfell MR

Firstly When I got at the door there was no one at the door I had to wait so I don’t go it with the items , guy walk passed me which I believe he was the manager I called and told me I needed help and he called someone to assist and this time I had two items and I forgot the other one 2minute I found another pants which was not on special which was no bother for me and I proceed as I approached the fitting room I realise the was another item I was looking to exchange I went back to the lady and I explained to her and told her to check the footage if she feels I took it or stole it because I could tell how she looked at me

I went it fit the pant and I was happy . I went back to look for the top and when I got there she was looking for the pollo neck thinking I took it there with the manager and other staff I ask her where can I get that so I can take the size she said they don’t have that kind and answered her Manager that they don’t have the pollo neck which for me it indicated that they suspected I stole the top

When to the till they scan the pants told me they can’t exchange because it’s a free item told them what should I do because I need bigger size

Not so friendly staff he then change and I paid the difference with my card

The staff in Brackenfell including the manager are not friendly nor willing to assist

I felt that their didn’t want to do it because I wasn’t white enough for them to smile or even greet me . Appalling serving and must said and the inconvenience I’ve been caused just because they didn’t want to exchange something I have the receipt and everything

Just want to state the branch code mentioned it’s for the original purchase

Tygervalley Branch - **********-4-**********4 Staff name : Monique Store manager Auboniette They refused to assist told me to sell it somewhere else

Brackenfell didn’t give the receipt therefore I don’t have the store details and where I was mostly mistreated
