Store manager

Went to a Mr price clothing store in Northgate and had to wait for 15 minutes for the manager by the name of nombulelo, she appeared walking slowly and I asked why she's walking so slow when we've been waiting for a mere 15 minutes for override and she started shouting that she was never told hence three of her staff went individually to go call on her, her behavior was very unprofessional and disgusting, if she feels that she's better than the customers that are bringing money into the store then she should resign and open her own spa a shop
