Stop *****ing from customers

I bought a shirt at Mr Price Maponya mall on the 28th Jan 2017, I realized that the shirt was faulty as one sleeve was smaller than the other. I asked my sister to return it on the 30th Jan 2017 which she did return at Mr price Bara. What’s appalling is that she was given a portion of what I have paid for that shirt because she did not have my debit card that I used to make a purchase. First of all, 30% of the time your clothes are faulty some we are able to amend and unfortunately there`s nothing I do to amend a sleeve that can fit a 5-year-old and not an adult. Instead of returning my money and ensuring that you don’t sell such faulty clothes to customer you decide to rob me and pay a portion of what I have paid. You even had a nerve to take the receipt and did not provide a copy at least. I want my money back, according to the Consumer Protection Act we can’t be forced to buy faulty items. I want my money.
