Stop spending at MRP their service stinks!

This is the last with Mr price. Please do not order online with this people. They don't even deserve a rating. They are pathetic and so is their On the dot courier service. How are these places still existing???? I ordered items on Wednesday 24 April 2019, I chose the store delivery option and paid R35 for the 2 to 3 day delivery fee. I still do not have my items, I have called, emailed and still nothing. Not even their courier company can assist, that is how far I went for some assistance. Mr price staff the whole lot of them have no customer service at all, they make their problem the customers problem. They are not helpful at all!!! Their service stinks!!! It's pathetic, do not order online from this people as you will never get the service you deserve. They can help with nothing!! I am extremely disgusted in the way this people operate and yet they still make money, I would then rather spend extra at Zando or Spree who offers much better service, ten times better than this ******* you continuously deal with, with Mr price online store and walk in stores. I went to the MRP store in Brackenfell Mall on 15 April 2019, for a top which wasn't packed out on the floor yet. I asked the girl to let me know, she took my number. Seemed so convincing but never ever got back to me. This is what Mr price thinks of their customers.
