****** order Mr Price Fourways Mall

I purchased items online on the 18th of December and ETA was 23rd december, I only got notification on the 28th that order has arrived and is ready for pick up around 1:30 about 2hours later another email came through that order was coming collected.

I was held up at work and only could collect Friday the 30th, however I queried the notification on the whatsapp customer service which didn’t do any help, as they said the store could have been scanned incorrectly

This morning the store says parcel hasn’t been delivered and no explanation as to why their system notified me.

I wasted my petrol by driving there and my order is nowhere to be found
