****** money and refund voucher

I tried to place order on 02 June 2020 and the system kicked me out back to my cart after I had included my details, after which I tried to make payment again and the same thing happened. I was making payment with a refund voucher and supplement with my debit card. I only realised later that both payments had gone through after which I sent a request to your mail from my refund and the reinstatement of my voucher. Zamaswazi and another person on different occasions responded asking for proof is payment arose other information. I then provided the information And heard nothing back fro 2 weeks solid, when I followed up with another email yesterday, I received a one-liner back with “we can’t find record of your payment”. No remedy For the situation. I emailed back voicing my dissatisfaction at the lack of remedy and finding solutions for the issue. I provided my transaction list where both the amounts are listed and my bank statement.

I want this situation resolved, my money refunded and my voucher (but preferably money back) reinstated as I want nothing to do with Mr Price past this point.
