Stock not unpacked over 3 weeks

I visited Mr price ( value retail park boksburg ) as a jersey I was looking for was out of stock online , the store waseant to have 11 items. The staff were rude when I asked the lady went to check and never came back...when I found her again and enquired she said they have stick but it's in boxes they can't open the boxes it will take a long time, I understood that. I asked when can I come back her answer was " Eish I don't know we will see..." I asked if I should come in a week ? She wasn't sure ...I left my details in the book for them to call me when they open their stock it was since bean 3 weeks no call back which leads me to believe the stock hasn't been unpacked. The item is a winter item I really want as its a heavy knit jersey in black. I'm very dissapointed with the service and would like the area or regional manager to contact me. This is pathetic!!!
