Stinky Attitude

So i wanted a refund on this order *** at mr price newtown that i made online i was returning a skirt insted of the supervisor or what ever she is to explain to me why they cant me give cash but the money will be returned to the card that i used for payment she gave me an attitude for days and i dont understand why they need to cash up while the are customers who need assistance
