I just received a call from a lady 13:58 on my cell number and work number. For goodness sake, teach your staff how to address customers. I asked the lady when calling on my cell in connection with what is it since she called from a private number. Then she said she is calling from Mr Price. Hallloooo flippen wake up. You have called me, then inform me what is it about. It is not my \job"to try and establish why you calling me. Then the same lady had the aducatity to call me on my work line.
