Still waiting on service

<p>I'm still struggling to get my payment updated - that I made on the 4th of December allready. After promises of being contacted by the finance apartment and then contacting customer care, which then was said it will reflect in 48hours...this was more than a week ago. Again, this reflects badly on MY credit score. At this point I'm highly frustrated. It's almost time to make next months payment. Can this be sorted out please?!</p>
