Still waiting for my refund

On the 6th of May 2022 I made a purchase using my bank card at Mr price Mall of Africa and the payment went through a few seconds after the electricity went off. The cashier then said that she can't get the receipt because of Loadshedding and that I needed to pay again and that they will check my previous payment on the system and refund me. The store manager (Mavhungu) checked for my payment on their system and said that they can't see it so I had to pay again. I paid cash and left. I have been waiting for feedback ever since, no one has bothered to contact me regarding my refund. I had to call them myself and enquire. Totally bad customer service!!!
