Still waiting for my online order

Hi I made an order on the 4th of July, the due date on the app was the 8th. It's now the 12th h and I still haven't received my order. The status still says it is ready to ship for 8 days now.

I have called the call center several times and they are not able to help me, they said they have sent an email to the courier company, but there hasn't been any change or slight communication

Can I please have my order and cancel it and refund my money please
