still waiting for feedback...

After posting a complaint on the 25th October about the shocking and disgusting service received from Mr Price Brixton, which included the apparent branch manager as well. I was emailed to state that the regional manager will be in contact with me, a week later and I am still waiting... There is no sense of urgency which to me indicates that Mr Price is all about the profit and does not care at all about customers shopping experience at their stores!!!! <br> <br> Appalled
