Still waiting for delivery

I purchased a pair of sliders online 4 December and received a notification that my parcel had arrived at the Baywest store in PE. On arrival the package was not mine but for a store in Cape Town. Yet the delivery address on the outside was mine but inside it wasn't. They've taken my money but to date after me visiting the store twice I have not received feedback or my shoes I paid for. The status showed the item was returned. But it wasn't my item they returned. I'm still waiting
