Still not happy

So after 2 months of up and Downing with Mr price the manager of the Baywest branch offered a refund. Which I told him and the consultant from the Durban office I didn't want as I struggle to find shoes and asked that they source a pair for me somewhere and they said the best they can offer is a refund. Still not happy as I'm sure it's not that hard to source a pair somewhere in the country
