Still No Response from MR Naidoo, Mr Price in Canal Walk

I spoke to the security as well as 2 staff members of on the floor explaining to them that I would like to exchange the shoe as I took the incorrect size (size 9 instead of 6), and they advised that I should seek for something to the same value even though I don’t have the slip and then take it to the till and they will gladly do the exchange for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I did just that and spent +30min seeking for a suitable item just to get to the till and your staff member very abruptly told me that the item needs to be handed to the security – THIS WAS NOT ADVISED BY YOUR STAFF ON THE FLOOR! (INCONSISTENT!) and addition to that told me that the item is now R60.00 so I cannot take the item! Again inconsistent!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I’m really not happy and based on what your staff told me on the floor I would like to get my items to the value I purchased it for.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was in hospital and have lost my slip – your staff needs to be consistent!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks,</p> <p> </p> <p>Kaegan</p>
