Still no responce

I ordered a dress online to be delivered, person responsible contacted me to inform me that the size I wanted is out of stock so I asked if another size can be sent since I need a dress for a function and also I get discount if my order is over R400. The order came with no dress inside. After much communication I was told that the amount would be refunded less the discount given on that item and that they will give me a voucher for a portion of the delivery cost because the rest of the items has been delivered. So now I have to pay another delivery fee because my so called voucher does not cover the entire delivery cost and get another dress because the one I wanted is now out of stock in all the sizes SM and L because they have taken so long to sort me out. Your service is bad and I will make a point of communicating to all my friends and colleagues just how stingy you are. This is the last time I will support Mr Price. The quality of the clothing isn't good and if it wasn't for your prices I wouldn't have bothered anyway.. They said someone would contact me but still nothing for day.
