Still in shock

Was shopping at Mr price Westgate on the 23 March 2023, and my wife's phone was ****** in the store, we requested the footage and they told us that we weren't allowed to see it, they would tell us if they saw anything. We waited for about 2hours, only for them to tell us that the camera was out of range and they couldn't see us clearly at the baby clothing iles. Following day we went to Capitec and saw that banking app had was hacked and they cleaned out our account via cash sends. All this happened at the time they were checking the footage. The bank told us they suspect the store is working with the ********* as we were not the first people with the same scenario. This confirmed our suspensions that they are involved. Don't think I will ever enter a Mr price store. We even decided to close the account we had with them as this was a very traumatic experience and a serious violation of privacy 😭
