Still being harassed
I wrote the below report about Mr. Price last week and received an email from Vijayalan Govender on 29 September 2017. I responded on 2 Oct 2017 with some inquiries. No response received from Vijayalan to date. I sent a follow up email on 5 October 2017. Mr. Price has already phoned me twice today after Vijayalan said that it would stop. I am still taking action against Mr. Price.
Here is my report from last week: I have had a Mr. Price Home Account since 2010. January and February 2017 I was unemployed and was unable to pay my account for those two months. However I started a new job on 16 March 2017 and arranged to pay R 390 monthly. I have honored my payments yet Mr. Price continues to phone me all hours of the day. Mr. Price continues to send me threatening sms's yet I don't receive any statements unless I ask for it. According to the statements I have been emailed my account is still overdue even though I have been paying more than my normal installment for 6+ months now. The credit limit on the statements emailed fluctuates as well between R 2930 - R 3670, however I never approved a credit limit of more than R 3000. I received a statement in the post as well, dated 31/07/2017 -where my account was shown to be up to date and no amount was in arrears and the credit limit was once again shown as R 2900. Which is correct??? I am already taking action against Mr. Price with the NCR as Mr. Price has failed to correct my account and won't stop harassing me. I also rarely receive statements from Mr. Price. I requested my latest statement from Neshen Moodly on 22 September 2017 but I have not received a response. All my other accounts are up to date and this is the only account that has a problem. PLEASE CORRECT MY STATEMENT, CORRECT MY STATUS WITH THE CREDIT BUREAU AND STOP HARASSING ME. One thing is for sure: I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH MR PRICE EVER AGAIN.
