Still Awaiting Order from before Christmas

<p>My experience of MR Price online delivery is terrible!</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered a costume before Christams, I am still waiting for the item to be delivered.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have contacted the customer care numerous times, to be told that the order was first on its way, then delivered and now its suddenly sitting in Durban?? I am based in Johannesburg. How can they get this so wrong??</p> <p> </p> <p>I have demanded a refund for the non delivery, but have yet to receive this and now nobody is getting back to me?</p> <p> </p> <p>This is *******!</p> <p> </p>
