Still awaiting delivery of my order

I placed an order online on Friday the 8th of April order no:*** and I got a notification that my order will be delivered yesterday the which never happened, I then got a call this morning confirming the delivery of my order which the gentleman also confirmed the delivery address with me and I cancelled my appointment as I was waiting for the delivery of my order, to my surprise my order has not been delivered to this date even after I was called and told that my order is on the way and will be delivered today. This is really not annoying as I needed the order for tomorrow and the fact that I was called and told my parcel would be delivered today and was not with no communication is really not great customer service, to top off, I contacted their WhatsApp customer care and I am still waiting for a consultant to respond as "They are experiencing a high volume of chat" I am really disappointed in Mr Price online shopping and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
