*****ing / No Cameras

Hi. On the 27th May a lady in the store put down her parcels to look at a jacket. Her parcel disappeared from the place she put it down. When asked if we could view the cameras instore - the staff advised us that there were no cameras. We went to the Centre to have a look at their cameras and no one had exited the store with the parcel. The parcel was clearly still hidden in the store. How can staff ***** from customers. This lady cried as the parcel contained gifts that she had just purchased with gift vouchers she received for her birthday. This is totally unacceptable.
