*****ing from the elderly to build your business

I'm writing this review on behalf of my grandfather whom opened a Mr Price account , he approached me as he needed assistance and i will gladly assist him. So like i said he opened an account and according to his statement he bought airtime to the amount of a R100 and obviously there is other charges bring the account to a 100+. So he went into the store queried it and decided to pay there account. Now this is where it gets tricky he was informed in order to settle the account he had to pay in R200+ which is mind boggling as i am in position of the payment he made as well as the slip that indicates his amount paid.

At this point in time i got his full consent to conduct business on his behalf with regards to this matter , my question to mr price as a business , do you really want to ***** from the elderly is that how you conduct your business?

Please revert back to me asap so this matter can get resolved.
