Stay away from Mr Price Online - they are useless at best!

If it was possible to give Mr Price 0 stars I would. Stay away from their online side. It is worse than useless. We ordered a table in July. Order number *** Only the legs were delivered. After 4 weeks of 'looking' they could not find the top. They then requested that we send the legs back. On 02/9 City Logistics collected the legs. Waybill ***. Drivers Name was Russel. On 08/9 they sent an On the Dot / Media 24 driver to collect as well. The driver told my wife that he was from Takealot (He probably does deliveries for both Mr Price and Takealot). He collected a parcel for Takelot. Mr price, apparently has no record of either collections. They are now sitting with a whole bunch of umbrella stands that belong to Takealot (they were delivered to us in error) and they have their table legs. I can't see that we will ever get our refund. The call centre keeps on claiming that they are escalating the matter. My last call lasted over 30minutes!! No resolution! STAY AWAY FROM MR PRICE ONLINE!
