Staff's ****ty attitude

Mr Prices staff's attitude just as ****ty as the quality of the clothes. It's saddening that your store assistants have zero customer service skills. Visited the Vangate store on the 19th April 2021 where I had to deal with Shafiekah Shgeo's ****ty belittling condescending lazy attitude. I went to return items bought two days prior with the price tags still attached for a size bigger and took a different jacket than I originally did as the other was out of stock in all your stores I was told. I had to pay a difference of R70 whereas this jacket was only R10 less than the previous. I also put a jacket on laybye as I never carried enough cash on me as my main aim was to do a direct exchange for a bigger size. Her whole attitude completely put me off and I was totally confused and ended up paying the R70. After realizing this can't be right I returned to the store roughly 10 minutes later and asked her to show me the till slip to which she said she can not and after her collegeue added something she did... I explained about the difference and was told the 2 for R60 promotion had ended yet the promotion still app**** to my other items and the promo was still clearly displayed on the rails. She showed me the fleece top was R89. 99 which can not be as online it's still priced at R49.99... I advised her that I do not want it then and got a sarcastic "Seriously", I left the track pants as well as the so called promotion had ended and that's the only reason I took those two items even though it were of bad quality and her ****ty attitude continued and I was met with "Why did you take it then?". Upon getting my refund I realised that I had enough for the laybye and told her I'd take it and once again I was met with this girls utter disrespect and rudeness as she rep**** "Seriously???!! Why didn't you take it in the first place?". Too damn lazy to just do her damn job and treat all customers with dignity. Note that this store was empty at the time yet she couldn't contain herself and leave her uncultured manners at home. Fed up with her attitude I left trying to remain calm as it is our month of fasting however how this girl can be on the front end of Mr Price or any store for that matter is beyond me.
