My first online order, placed on the 29/04/2023 expected to be received on the 05/05/2023.The order was delivered in a different city with was incorrect. I contacted them via whatsapp and reported the matter and no resolution and i requested for refund i was told it was process on the 8/05/2023 and it will take 5-7 working days and on the 11/05/2023 i enquired and the second agent confirmed the refund but the third agent on the 15/05/2023 said the refund was not processed.
