staff busy with private phones while public waits

On Saturday morning the 17 October 2015 my daughter and I were standing waiting to pay at Mr Price<br> clothing - there was a que and only 1 till was open. all the other tills had staff standing by the computers.<br> 2 of the staff members were looking at phones and the other staff member had earphones on and was <br> busy on her phone. I took a photo of the staff and only after I said im going to send it to Mr Price Head office<br> did she put her phone down and come and assist. There service is shocking
