speechless

I forgot the managers name, but I complained regarding a security guard about 2 weeks ago. the store manager from MR PRICE opposite total sport in town(not carlton centre) called me back an resolved the issue so professionally. What was an upsetting experience turned into myself and that manager grabbing mini lunch(I paid) I was so impressed with her service and the way she handled it I just had to take her out for luch. She even made the security apologize to me and assured me that it would never happen again. She even threw in a voucher..... I LOVE HER, THANK YOU MR PRICE FOR RESOLVING THE ISSUE IN4 DAY. THANK YOU. OHH AND I OWN 80% OF YOUR CLOTHES, PLEASE CALL ME WE NEED TO HAVE A CAMPAIGNN FOR YOUR FASHIONABLE CONSUMERS. (I do brand activations and branding)
