Southgate Mr price worst Mr price should close down

Mr price has overgrown baby clothes that don't fit newborns, I ordered online, I waited extra long for the order to be delivered, just for it not to fit my baby, went to Southgate to get a cash refund as I already paid my account with 300, they refuse to give me a cash refund so that I can buy baby clothes that fit somewhere else. They refuse, stood in a long queue just to leave without being helped, don't understand why Southgate Mr price is the only Mr price that doesn't give cash refunds
