Mr Price Southgate , WORST service ever

Went to pick up my online order and this cashier tells me I must write down the order number , her name is phindile , where on earth do you hear the cashier tells the customer write down the reference number I just do your job for you ?? The cashiers at Mr price Southgate are very useless , on top of that I had to wait long for my order.
