Soiled jacket from on-line purchase

So today I left got the services of a baby sitter so that I could go and fetch my order for 2 jackets that i bought on-line. I am super disappointed that the pick jacket has a black ink mark on it , I could swear that it was taken directly of the soiled or rejected stock
