So rude!

I was so disgusted today when I got into the Mr Price in Alberton. I got there by the shoe section and wanted size 5 of the pumps.I asked a guy (Ishmael) that was packing shoes there for a size 5 his answer was if it's not there then it's finished, I then said to him could you kindly check on your system if there isn't a size 5 there. He took the pumps in a very rude manner and came back and said only Benoni and Vaal has size 5. As I was walking to the tills one customer came to me and said here is the pumps size 5 you were looking for found them in the kids section. I went back to him and told him that if he hadn't **** to me he would have seen that there was a pair lying around in the store. He belatedly told me I do not work for Mr Price and I wouldn't know how their systems work. I asked for his name and he said what do I wanna do with his name, I asked for a manager and he refused to show me a manager. I had to look for one and find her myself. This is unacceptable. I cannot tolerate this, Ishmael needs to apologize to me. Such rudeness.
