so much for flagship store

Hi<br> i phoned the 'so-called' flagship Mr price store to find out if they have a specific shoe in stock.<br> after try number 6 i finally got through and was put on hold while staff forgot about me on the line, so i put the phone down..<br> tried again and after about try number 4 i got through again, i gave the SKU number of the specific shoe i was looking for and the size, the system was checked and i was told that they have the shoe in the store room, BUT that the store room is so big and in such a mess that they dont know where in the store room it is and they won't be able to go and find it for me... i'm not sure who i spoke to but after i asked that if the item is on you stock list could they please go and look for it and let me know. i was told yet but it won't be any time soon because the store room is so big and messy and that she has no idea in what box to go and look!<br> all new renovated store and already the store room is in shambles, i don't even want to think about the horrid animals munching away on the stock.<br> disappointed<br> Elke
