SO ****ED waiting nearly 2 weeks for my online orders

<p>I am 1 working day away from 2 weeks waiting on my orders from Mr Price Online.</p> <p>This is not the first time I am having a problem with an online order. On top of the wait they didnt have stock of 1 of the item and just cancelled the 1 item I ordered without offering a replacement or even 1 bit of communication. I have to keep calling the call centre and wait on the line for 10 minute before someone even so much as answers the call. I am so ****ed off there is no communication to me as a customer advising of a delay unless I call the call centre 1 million time and run up my phonebill!! How can such a big company not have proper communication with their customers? I purchase online all the time and the only company I have issues with is Mr Price.</p>
