Small maked Shoe

25 August i bought a nice pair of shoes from Mr Price Ferndale and wore them on the 26th i realized this Sandal is a Small make size and its uncomfortable on my feet i never wore it again. Took the Shoes back to a Cosmo City store they were closed already because it was Sunday but the lady that works for them who opened to explain (Very kind lady) she said they will take the shoe but the store is closed already i must come back.

Month went by and on the 25th September i went back to Ferndale with the Shoe and they said they cant take it beacuse they can see that its already worn no customer will buy it again and i explained that yes i wore it once thats where i saw the problem they ddnt take the shoe.

I wore it again on the 26th Monday this week ay bandla the shoe is small i will keep it because theres nothing i can do but im interested in knowing do you handle all such situations like mine or i was underestimated?
