Slow and disappointing service at Brooklyn Mall

If I could give 0 stars I would. Mr Price at Brooklyn Mall Pretoria so dissatisfied. I tried on a pair of jeans and wanted a few other items , stood in the queue for over 20 minutes, staff are beyond extremely slow , unfriendly and half the tills operating on a month end Friday. The line was getting extremely long , people impatient. I proceeded to just put down the items and leave the store - bought somewhere else. Pity.
