Slit my son's throat and product code

I was in your Brackenfell store in the Brackenfell Centre on the 21st July 2018 with my son. Of cause my son is 7 years old and touches everything then the male cashier shows my son a sign that he will slit his throat for touching things, he pulled his thumb around his kneck as if it's a knife. I then tell him you don't ever show what you did to my child ever and that he doesn't need to descipline my child. My son is 7 years old, his an inquizitive being. The male cashiers behavior was totally unacceptable and also he has not customer service qualities at all asking me to go on the website to search for a product code when his manager came by she said they got the product in store and wasted my time basically when he could of gotten the damaged products code off the floor but he said they don't have that jacket in store yet when the manager saw it she saw they have it in store so my product search was in vein.
