Slip and exchange

<p>Good day</p> <p>I have a complain that I would like to lodge, on Saturday I bought a Zip skirt at Jabulani Mall, I went there to exchange two pair of shoes that costed R120 and then i bought some few items on top that costed me R450 if not more, I didn't receive my slip for those things that I have purchased which is not right, I was so upset I didn't want to cause a scene, now on yesterday after church I went to Maponya mall to exchange the skirt and when I arrived the security guy tells that you people do not to exchanges without slip and then i had to take my own money to go to jabulani and exhchange there and unfortunately i didnt get a size that i wanted. Now am going to Randburg to exchange this if i get the same excuses that i got at Moponya... You will receive another complain from me until this thing is resolved. What you guys are doing is totally unacceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p>
