Shouting and disrespecting myself as a customer

To whom this may concern,

On Friday, 25 August 2017, I was at Mr Price, Cavendish branch. I ran into the store at 18:40pm hoping to quickly get something to wear for the following day. Knowing that the store closes at 19:00 I grabbed 3 different dresses in my size and dashed to the changing room. Upon arriving at the changing room the assistant told me that I have to hurry because the store was closing soon. I then tried on the dresses and in the midst of that the assistant comes banging on the store and starts shouting at me telling me that she's leaving and the store is closing (this was at 18:55) I then told her that as long as a customer is in the store they can close the doors but they have to wait for the customer to finish shopping. At about 19:05 I came to the tills to pay for my dresses and the one lady at the till turns to the manager and says that she needed to leave at 19:00 because she has things to do. The manager then reponds by saying I told you not to help these customers. I walked out of the store feeling so disrespected and insulted. I purposely ran around trying my best to get everything paid for before ten past seven, and found it so ridiculous that the staff were moaning about being in their store for 10 minutes longer. I'm so disappointed that I couldn't even get that there people's names as they were not even wearing name tags.

Highly disappointed at the staff's attitude towards their customers.
