Short Items

<p>I received my order from Mr Price with 11 items short. I then queried that and I was told they will investigate with courier company and get back to me, they got back to me after I had to nag and call more than once, they then said they will deliver my 11 items again to me but 5 of the items is out of stock so they will supply me with a voucher, and deliver the 6. I posted on their Facebook about after 3 weeks of waiting and they then called me claiming they have sent me the voucher and the 6 items and I had received nothing, I told them I didn't receive anything from them and they showed me a proof of delivery that was delivered to the same address(my workplace) but the details were not mine, the address was the same because it's a college but It wasn't assigned to me it had someone else's name, that person signed for it and unfortunately I don't know him/her, there is no person with that name at this campus. I didn't receive the 6 items and the voucher for the 5 items which they also claimed they sent was only sent to me after the Facebook complaint. I am currently waiting for another investigation after a month.</p>
